A: You can choose amongst Online card payment, PayPal or just Issue an invoice. You will see these options at a checkout stage. Please notice that we ship orders once payment received.

A: It is completely safe because we apply SSL encryption. Payments are accepted by SWEDBANK AS.
Q: How fast is my order processed?
A: We do process all orders in queue Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (GMT:02).
Q: How fast is my order delivered?
A: Normally we deliver 4 to 5 business days across the European Union and 1 to 2 business days to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

A: Normally we process refunds within 2 business days after either your request (when we have not dispatched good yet) or goods received from you back and checked (Returns procedure). We email you once processed.

- In the Baltic (LV; LT; EE): € 5 on orders below € 65 (excluding VAT). Free on orders over € 65 (excluding VAT).
- EU states: € 30 on orders below € 300 (excluding VAT). Free on orders over € 300 (excluding VAT).
- Cyprus: € 65 on orders below € 1000 (excl. VAT). € 40 on orders over € 1000 (excl. VAT).
